A moving meditation, Flow is an elegant 60 minute practice of smoothly and continuously moving from one pose to another, with the breath in synchronicity. Starting with a gentle warm up and progressing to more challenging sequences, and finally closing with a restorative sequence, you will feel both challenged and refreshed.
Level: While Flow is a great class for intermediate yogis, Flow is a beginner-friendly class as it promotes body awareness and learning poses before moving to more advanced sequences.
Benefits: Regular practice can improve flexibility, strength, balance and stamina, while also promoting mindfulness and stress reduction.
