Refund policy
Return Rules - Domestic
- Gift cards, sale items and personal items such as clothing, shoes, hats, socks, legwear, jewelry and self-care products are not eligible for returns or exchange
- Returns and exchanges are approved on a case by case basis
- Cash refunds will not be provided. A credit note will be provided.
- To request a return, you can contact us at Lynn@zoesshoes.com. If your return is accepted, you will be notified by email.
inyer - international orders are final.
How to Request a Return
- The return or exchange must be initiated by email within 3 days of receiving the product
- Please provide reason, photos of the product, proof of purchase, proof of identification
- The item must be in the same condition as shipped, unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging
- The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Proof of delivery via tracking number must be provided

The item must be received at ZÖE for inspection within 14 days of having received the product.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be provided with a credit note within 10 business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
