Our in house yoga studio offerings are designed to soothe and strengthen the body. 

  • A waiver is required to attend 
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before class begins
  • Wear suitable clothing for movement 
  • We are a perfume free space 
  • Phones must be turned off / muted 

Spring schedule (starting March 6) 

  • Yin Yoga - Friday 5:30 - 6:30  - $85 / month (all levels)
  • Gentle Flow - Sunday 4:00 - 5:00 - $85 / month (all level
  • Saturday Strength & Restore - Saturday 9:30 - 10:45 ($100/month) 
  • Private sessions are available by appointment - $75/hour
