A Devotion to Peace

There is a devotion in this yoga space, intentionally created to evoke a deep calmness.Today we went to the studio for a workshop and Ted, our brand new 10 week old baby immediately felt at home. 

I opened the studio space in March 2025, in the adjoining old house built in the 1900s and offered it to other wellness practitioners to rent.  I offer yin and Hatha based classes and workshops.  The space has pink and black cafe style kitchen and a decadent love letter pink bathroom and change room. 

Luxurious Bolsters, blankets, and straps were purchased from a Canadian small business. 

The space reflects my personal need for peace and harmony in this world. And that can only come from within. 

The studio is perfect for 6-9 people. I would like to invite you to join me.
