Today I was on my way to my Sunday morning Hatha yoga class, and my mind was filled with worries of the future, and of the answers I don’t have. I’m not alone in that. I know. But I realized that what I was worrying about has not yet happened. Fear is a manifestation as is hope. And so I was reminded of the importance of appreciating the present and the gifts of the moment, and in doing so, hope lives.
